SCCY’s CPX-3 is designed for concealed carry but large enough to get a good firm grip. It is considered to be one of the best priced, precision made “Pocket Pistols” on the market. Chambered for 38ACP, it has a 2.96″ barrel with a 16:1″ right hand twist. The receiver is made from 775 T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy. The Zytel polymer frame features ergonomic finger grooves and an integral recoil cushion on the backstrap. The slide is machined from stainless steel with a Zytel overmolded polymer extension for ease of operation. It has 3-dot sights with a windage-adjustable rear. This DAO has an internal hammer with inertial firing pin to prevent accidental discharge. The CPX-3 has a smooth, consistent 8-pound trigger pull, and features the revolutionary “Roebuck Quad Lock” system which locks the barrel to the slide in four distinct areas, marrying the two components into one solid piece. The barrel returns to the exact same location every time, for repeatable accuracy, shot after shot. It comes with two 1-round magazines with finger extensions bases installed and two flat magazine bases. This CPX-3 has a black nitride slide with a black frame.
