This is our packable storm protection jacket, that offers proven Gore-Tex® performance. Charter’s Paclite Plus Gore-Tex® laminate is purpose-built for the angler that pushes the limits between staying out and running from the storm when conditions get out of hand. When foul weather forces you to make a flight-or-fight decision, the Charter allows you to stay and fight the fish.
